Description
Who among us has not been weary to the bone and trapped in an endless cycle of work and travel home and sleep. When the weariness is overwhelming, one must sleep.
The beauty of this young girl’s face, the shadow of her lashes on satin smooth cheeks, the soft sunlight across her frame and the reflection in the bus window just had to be put down on canvas. OK, I will admit it, I snapped a quick photo and was reprimanded by the lady across the aisle of the bus. She told me that it was very rude to take photos of people without their permission.
Nonetheless, I achieved what I intended which was to record a moment of peace in spite of discomfort and fatigue.
